Almost every team that bills for its work does the same three things. It tracks time. It manages the project that time is spent on. It gets the work signed off. In most organisations, those three jobs live in three separate tools.

The cost is not the subscriptions

It is tempting to frame the problem as tool sprawl: too many products, too many licences. That framing is comfortable and mostly wrong. The subscriptions are rarely the expensive part.

The expensive part is reconciliation. Hours logged against a task that no longer matches the project plan. An approval that lands after the invoice has gone out. A monthly report rebuilt by hand because no single system holds the whole picture. That work is invisible on any budget line, and it is where the actual cost sits.

What we built

Approva is an all-in-one online platform covering time tracking, project management and project approval. One system, one record, one source of truth across all three.

The design principle throughout was that approval is not a separate administrative step bolted onto the end of a project. It is part of the project. Treating it as an afterthought is precisely what creates the reconciliation problem in the first place.

Who it is for

Teams whose work has to be tracked, managed and formally signed off, where the approval is not a courtesy but a condition of getting paid. That covers a wide range of professional services, and the pattern is consistent across all of them.

Where it sits in the portfolio

Approva is one of four ventures built and operated by Vinousbosch Technologies. It launched in 2026 alongside Makesends, our data transfer platform, with TNT Racing and FIVETHREEZERO following in 2027.

Full product detail, including current capability and access, lives on the Approva site.
