Data infrastructureA data transfer platform built for organisations that move information as a matter of routine, not as an exception.
Global venture builder
Vinousbosch Technologies is a global venture builder. We identify gaps in markets we understand, then we design, build and operate the SaaS companies that fill them. Product, engineering, brand and operations, in-house from day one.
The model
A venture builder starts earlier than an investor does. The thesis is ours before the company exists, which means the judgement, and the accountability for it, sits with us.
Every venture is defined, designed, built and operated in-house. That is not a cost decision. It is what allows each build to compound on the last, and it is the only reason these companies benefit from sharing a parent.
The portfolio
A data transfer platform built for organisations that move information as a matter of routine, not as an exception.
An all-in-one platform for online time tracking, project management and project approval. Three jobs usually split across three tools.
A data and statistics platform for horse racing, built to make a sport rich in data genuinely readable.
An all-in-one platform for museums: collection documenting, capturing and management, with AI assistance, ticketing, events, public registry access and integrated payments.
How we build
We look for work people do routinely, served by software built for something else. Not unserved markets. Badly served ones. The gap between how a tool assumes work happens and how it actually happens is where the opportunity sits.
Product definition, engineering, brand and identity all sit under one roof. Building a product is thinking about the product; contract that out and you have contracted out the judgement that matters most.
Launch is the short phase. Vinousbosch continues to run each venture: growth, iteration, support and the operational load that decides whether a good product becomes a business.
News & perspective
Company
Venture builder is a term that gets used loosely. Here is the specific version of it that Vinousbosch operates, and why the distinction matters.
Perspective
Outsourcing product development is cheaper on the invoice and more expensive everywhere else. An argument for keeping the disciplines under one roof, and an honest account of what it costs.
If you are building something that fits how we work, or assessing Vinousbosch as a partner, we would like to hear from you.
